SAE Institute Zürich and AMA – AI Media Agency AG are responsible for their respective processing activities to the extent that they determine the purposes and means of processing.
Where both organisations jointly determine the purposes and means of specific processing activities, they will establish appropriate arrangements defining their respective responsibilities in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Participants may contact either organisation regarding campaign-related privacy questions.
2. Personal Data Collected
Depending on the registration process, the following information may be collected:
- Email address
- First name and last name, where requested
- Company and professional role, where provided
- Selected prize or promotional offer
- Registration and confirmation timestamps
- Marketing consent preferences
- Technical information necessary for security, verification and fraud prevention
Only personal data reasonably necessary for the relevant purposes will be processed.

Marketing consent is optional and independent of giveaway participation.
Participants may withdraw their consent at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails or by contacting contact@ai-media-agency.com.
Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before the withdrawal.
6. Participating Partners
The campaign includes offers from:
- AMA – AI Media Agency AG
- SAE Institute
- BytePlus
- swissAI
Depending on the selected offer, participants may be directed to a participating partner's website or registration process.
Each partner may have its own eligibility requirements, offer conditions and privacy practices.
Personal data will only be shared with a partner where necessary for the administration or fulfilment of the selected offer, or where another valid legal basis exists.
Participant information will not automatically be shared with all partners for independent marketing purposes.
7. External Partner Websites and Registration Forms
Certain campaign offers are provided through external websites operated independently by participating partners.
When participants follow a link to an external website, they leave the AI Creator Day campaign environment.
The external provider may collect additional personal information, apply its own terms and conditions, and process data under its own privacy policy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAE Institute Zürich and AMA – AI Media Agency AG are not responsible for independent data processing activities carried out by external providers where they do not determine the purposes or means of that processing.
This does not limit any responsibility arising from data transfers, joint processing arrangements or other activities under the control of SAE Institute Zürich or AMA – AI Media Agency AG.
Participants are encouraged to review the relevant provider's privacy policy before submitting personal information.
8. Specific Information Regarding BytePlus
The BytePlus AI Creator Kit offer links to an external registration form operated by BytePlus.

The BytePlus form may request additional information, including:
- Full name
- Business email address
- Country or region
- Telephone number
- Company name
- Professional role
- Additional information voluntarily provided by the participant
BytePlus also provides its own marketing communication preferences, terms of service and privacy information.
Information entered directly into the BytePlus form is submitted to BytePlus and is processed in accordance with the applicable BytePlus privacy policy.

SAE Institute Zürich and AMA – AI Media Agency AG do not determine how BytePlus independently processes information submitted directly through its own registration form, unless a separate arrangement or actual processing activity establishes otherwise.
Any marketing consent granted to BytePlus is separate from consent granted to AMA or SAE.
Registration for the “Create More. Win More.” campaign does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications from BytePlus.
Likewise, consent provided through the BytePlus form does not automatically authorise AMA or SAE to use the information for their own marketing purposes.
9. External Links and Third-Party Services
The campaign website may contain links to third-party websites, services and promotional offers.
Although reasonable care is taken when selecting participating partners, external websites may change their content, conditions, availability and data processing practices independently.
SAE Institute Zürich and AMA – AI Media Agency AG do not guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy or functionality of third-party websites.
Participants should review the relevant provider's terms and privacy information before using an external service.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Campaign Duration and Data Retention
The campaign begins on October 27, 2026, and ends on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CET).
Personal data collected solely for giveaway administration will normally be deleted or anonymised within 90 days after completion of the campaign, unless longer retention is necessary for legal compliance, prize fulfilment or dispute resolution.
Where participants have separately consented to marketing communications, relevant contact information may be retained for the stated marketing purposes until consent is withdrawn or the information is no longer required.
Records necessary to demonstrate consent or compliance may be retained for an appropriate period in accordance with applicable law.
11. Service Providers and International Data Transfers
External service providers may be used for website hosting, registration forms, email confirmation, campaign administration and marketing communications.
Where service providers process personal data on behalf of AMA or SAE, appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards will be implemented.
Where personal data is transferred outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, applicable legal requirements and appropriate transfer safeguards will be observed.
Independent transfers carried out by external partners are governed by the privacy information and legal obligations applicable to those partners.
