Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Campaign: Create More. Win More. – AI Creator Day 2026
1. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or over. No purchase is necessary. Participation is free of charge.
Employees directly involved in organising or administering the giveaway are excluded from winning.
2. Available Prizes and Offers
Participants may select one of the following offers:
- AMA – CapCut × AI Course: A chance to win one complimentary CapCut × AI training course provided by AMA – AI Media Agency.
- SAE Institute – DJ Experience: A chance to win one complimentary DJ course provided by SAE Institute.
- BytePlus – AI Creator Kit: Access to the promotional Seedance creator package for USD 0.99, subject to the provider's eligibility requirements and offer conditions.
- swissAI – Membership: A chance to win one complimentary individual swissAI membership for one year.
The exact scope, availability, redemption conditions and any restrictions of each prize or offer are determined by the respective provider and will be communicated to eligible participants.
Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be substituted at the participant's request. Travel, accommodation and other incidental expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
3. How to Participate
Participants select their preferred prize or offer and submit a valid email address through the campaign landing page.
A confirmation email will be sent to the submitted address. Participation becomes valid only after the participant confirms their registration using the confirmation link.
Only one confirmed entry per person is permitted for the prize draw. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be excluded.
4. Selection and Notification
Winners of prizes awarded by draw will be selected at random from eligible, confirmed entries after the campaign closes.
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within seven calendar days, the organiser may select an alternative winner.
Promotional offers that are not awarded by draw may be made available to eligible participants in accordance with the respective provider's conditions.
5. Campaign Period
The campaign begins on October 27, 2026, and ends on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CET).
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered for the prize draw.
6. Changes and Availability
The organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the campaign where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, fraud, legal requirements or a partner's inability to provide an advertised prize.
Any replacement prize will be of comparable value wherever reasonably possible.
7. Personal Data
Personal data submitted for participation will be processed for registration, verification, administration of the giveaway and communication with winners.
Data may be shared with the relevant prize provider where necessary to deliver or redeem the selected prize or offer.
Marketing communications are optional and require a separate, voluntary consent. Refusing marketing consent does not affect eligibility for the giveaway.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organiser is not responsible for technical interruptions, incorrect information provided by participants or delays attributable to third-party service providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Applicable Law
The campaign is governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
