Artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping creative professions — and with it, our programs at SAE Institute. Whether film, audio, games, or content creation: AI technologies are increasingly influencing production processes, workflows, and creative ways of thinking.

As an educational institution, we see it as our responsibility to actively help shape this development. The AI Creator Day was launched to provide students, professionals, and the industry with a platform where international first movers share their practical know-how — concrete, applicable, and future-focused.

Screenwriting & storytelling workflows in the age of ChatGPT

How is generative AI changing story development?
This workshop shows how ChatGPT and comparable systems can be used as co-writers — from idea generation and character development to structured scene planning. The focus is on iterative prompting strategies, dramaturgy checks, and efficient AI-assisted writers’ room setups.

From character design to scene composition: how can consistent, illustrative AI films be produced? This workshop explores tool combinations, style definition, visual coherence, and transitions between image, animation, and editing. Practical and production-ready.

Designing and producing ad-spot formats with AI

AI meets brand strategy: how do you create attention-grabbing commercials with generative tools? This workshop analyzes case studies from the international market and shows how campaign ideas, moodboards, visual assets, and post-production can be efficiently delivered with AI support — including brand-safety considerations.

Visual excellence alone isn’t enough. This workshop shows how music, jingles, and sound design can be produced with generative audio tools — such as SUNO. From defining the mood and crafting prompts to final integration into video formats.

Pioneers of AI Storytelling

Panel discussion with first movers in the AI content creation movement. At the center are personal insights, formative experiences, and key learnings from a rapidly evolving field. The discussion explores new forms of AI storytelling, creative pioneering, and the question of what momentum this movement is already generating and where it may develop in the future.

To wrap up the AI Creator Day, we open the space for real conversation.
